Learning new skills and positions

Been busy these days, had exams to pass at the uni. Which I did. Successfully.
Also, been teaching meself how to sleep on my back or on the side. So, I was learning and not only school stuff.
I read that at my age, you have to be extra careful how you sleep, since you breasts - who are inevitable and irrevocably going down south - will look even worse if you do not sleep correctly. Meaning, you can't sleep on your stomach any more, since they are going sideways AND down, so you end up with them under your armpits.
And I'm not used sleeping on my side or back. So, what I end up doing for half of night is toss and turn, trying to find a comfortable position for my body and bloody-Isaac-Newton-was-spot-on-on-gravity boobs. Other than on my stomach. And I wake up exhausted, showing my age, wondering if it's all worth it.
I mean, do I stick to my old routine of sleeping on my stomach, running the risk of having my breasts going left, right, and south central, but sure I'll have a good night sleep.
Or force my body to rest comfortably in uncomfortable positions, showing my age in the morning.
I wonder what will pay off in the end. Is it better to have rested face and corrupt boobs. Or face in tune with my age but with only for a little while yet perky boobs.
Can I just sleep in zero gravity room?.

Today

Things I did today:
1] Fed a stray dog
2] Gave money to a homeless person
3] Fed a stray cat
4] Went to uni to pass an exam
5] Had coffee with friends. One had her child killed in car accident this spring and the other one has terminally ill brother and father who died this spring.
6] Considered meself very, very lucky and fortunate.

TV

I truly believe that the main purpose of the TV is to create paranoia in people. Or to enhance it, if you are even the least bit inclined to it.
No wonder, if three out of four shows tell you how dark, secret powers are shaping the world today. And not only today, but have been doing it since the down of time.
You can only feel lucky to escape their radar and remain in the grey obscurity of the world. One of many.
